Once my life was a shambles as wretched as could be...
Then one day God looked down and took pity on miserable me.
He sent His Son, Jesus to always be my friend...
To wash away my sins and help my soul to mend.
He patched up the places that once were tattered and torn...
He gave my life new meaning the day I was reborn.
His death upon the cross gave my life a brand new start...
As He held me in His Arms and healed my broken heart.
So I wear those patches proudly for all the world to see...
For they symbolize His Healing and how He set me free!
