Do you see Me cheering you on at the finish line...
Have you heard your Shepherd's Voice claiming "You are MINE"?
Even in the darkness of this world - you still have Me...
To illuminate your path - and help you to soar free!
So come all you who are burdened and weary this day...
Follow Me one step at a time and I'll lead the way.
Remember always that I am your Strength and Shield...
And that My Power flows through you if you'll just yield.
When you start to feel afraid know that I am there for you...
To wrap you in My Peace no matter what you're going through.
For My Presence watches over you - continually...
Protecting you from known and unknown dangers - constantly!
So since there's no need to worry about what's up ahead...
You can spend time seeking the Light of My Presence instead.
For in the safety of My warm Embrace you'll find rest...
And comfort for your soul from the One who knows you best.
So enter this new season guided by the Holy Ghost...
Allow Him to empower you then you'll know how to coast.
For the uphill climb is over it's time to rest in Me...
Releasing those burdens you were never meant to carry.
Then "coast with the Holy Ghost" - the finish line's in sight...
For all My Homestretch Hero's - that have fought the good fight!
