My Mighty Warrior

When Satan's evil warfare comes hard and fast...
My mighty Warrior will not let it last.
He quickly rescues me from each fiery dart...
Putting His protective armor around my heart.
As I gain Spiritual ground in my Lord's Name...
The devil rushes in to try and lay his claim.
Fighting against all the good I've done...
Spreading his lies and saying he's won.
He uses others to bring sorrow to my soul.
Jumping on any weakness to obtain his goal.
But God's Sword of Truth is mightier by far...
And His Light in me a brilliant shining star.
That pierces through even the darkest night...
Empowered by the Almighty's Holy Light.
He gives me courage and strength whenever I doubt...
And the authority to stand up and cast out,
Any warfare that Satan tries to throw my way...
For Jesus is Lord and He always saves the day!
