Loving and Faithful

When events in our life occur which are hard to understand...
It is then we need to close our eyes and see the outstretched hand.
For God has promised "never will I leave you alone"...
As His Child, your Abba Father claims you as His Own.
He is loving and faithful watching from above...
With open arms He will surround you with His Love.
Lifting the heaviest heart for no wound is too deep...
Drawing near, He'll dry each tear and hold you while you sleep.
So be not troubled with all the what ifs and whys...
Beware, they can open a door to Satan's lies.
For uncertainty can cause unnecessary grief...
So trust in HIM and get rid of doubt and unbelief.  
Praying He hold your thoughts, captive unto Him each day...
As He dispels all your darkness, by lighting the way.
For the only thing we need to know, is that God knows...
So when were faced with life's uncertainties, our faith grows!

     Dearest Abba Father, oh how I long to escape the hectic pace of this world, to seek the shelter and warmth of Your Presence.  May my heart be open and receptive to the Counsel of Your Spirit and the wisdom of Your Word.
