Unexpectedly

Despite Noah's warning of God's impending Wrath...
Hardened hearts continued to chose an evil path.
So with a heavy heart, hurting and filled with pain...
The Lord Almighty - sent down a torrential rain.
All but Noah's ark which was covered by God's Grace...
Was destroyed and vanished without a trace.
Just as it was long ago in Noah's day...
Evil runs rampant as we choose our own way.
Forgetting the end can come over night...
With no more time left to get our lives right.
So have you ever thought about death...
And where you'll be after your last breath?
Are you joining Jesus at His Kingdom's gate...
Or does Satan take you to his hellish fate?
Do you reverence the Lord or is it man you please...
For the condition of your heart is what God sees.
And like Noah have you found favor in His Eyes...
Or are you living a life that will bring your demise?
"Take note: I will come as unexpectedly
as a thief! Blessed are all who
are watching for Me."
